1. Overview

Dinario Technologies Inc is a financial technology company, not a bank. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use Dinario apps, websites, customer support channels, and related services.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect waitlist details, contact details, requested payments use cases, update preferences, account identifiers, device and security data, transaction records, support requests, identity verification data, and partner-provided account details needed to operate supported services and comply with applicable law.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to send launch and service availability updates, prioritize payments and coverage planning, provide supported payments and withdrawals, support users, prevent fraud, verify identity where required, comply with law, maintain security, and improve Dinario.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data with payment partners, identity verification providers, infrastructure, analytics, form, email, and support providers, and law enforcement only when needed to provide services, comply with law, prevent fraud, or protect users.

5. Waitlist

Joining a Dinario waitlist does not guarantee access, approval, pricing, timing, app-store availability, partner support, transaction limits, or support for any request, country, currency, payout option, or local withdrawal path. The waitlist is for email updates only and does not opt you into WhatsApp, SMS, iMessage, or any messaging channel. Messaging channels are separate and opt-in only for support or transactional service notices where offered. If messaging channels are enabled, opt-out instructions will be provided in the channel. You can also contact support@dinario.app. You may contact support@dinario.app to request deletion or unsubscribe where applicable.

6. Customer Support Channels

Approved support channels are used for customer assistance and service communication only. SMS, iMessage, WhatsApp, or other messaging channels, where enabled, are optional and opt-in only for customer support and transactional service notices. We do not use WhatsApp, SMS, iMessage, or support chats to market regulated services, initiate, approve, or complete payments, transfers, conversions, withdrawals, lending, debt collection, or investment advice.

Identity verification, payment account setup, and sensitive document collection occur only in the Dinario app or through approved verification/payment partners. Do not send government IDs, full bank or card numbers, passwords, one-time codes, or other account secrets in WhatsApp, SMS, iMessage, or any support chat.
