1. About Dinario

Dinario Technologies Inc is a financial technology company, not a bank. Dinario provides software that helps eligible users review supported payment actions and access receiving, balance, conversion, local withdrawal, and payout features through third-party partners where available. Dinario does not provide banking services directly, does not hold customer deposits, and does not process transactions inside messaging or support chats.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. Supported features may require identity verification, sanctions screening, fraud review, partner approval, and geographic availability.

3. Waitlist and Launch Access

Joining a Dinario waitlist does not guarantee access, approval, pricing, timing, app-store availability, partner support, transaction limits, or support for any request, country, currency, payout method, or local withdrawal path.

4. Partner Services

Supported payment, deposit, withdrawal, payout, conversion, and related services are processed through third-party partners where available. These partners have their own terms and privacy policies.

Review, confirmation, verification, and supported money movement happen only in Dinario or approved partner flows.

5. Fees and Transactions

Fees may apply to supported payment actions, deposits, withdrawals, conversions, payouts, and partner services. Known Dinario fees and available partner-provided charges are shown before confirmation where available. Third-party, intermediary, recipient-institution, or partner charges may apply. Some transactions may be irreversible.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use Dinario for money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, fraud, illegal products or services, deceptive activity, or any other unlawful purpose.

7. Customer Support Channels

Dinario may use approved support channels only for customer support, account assistance, and service notifications. SMS, iMessage, WhatsApp, or other messaging channels, where enabled, are optional and opt-in only for customer support and transactional service notices about your Dinario account or requested access. If messaging channels are enabled, opt-out instructions will be provided in the channel. You can also contact support@dinario.app.

Dinario does not use WhatsApp, SMS, iMessage, or support chats to market regulated services, request sensitive financial identifiers, collect identity documents, initiate, approve, or complete payments, transfers, conversions, withdrawals, lending, debt collection, or investment advice.
