Please read this End User License Agreement ("EULA") carefully before using the Dinario mobile application, website, or any accompanying software (collectively, "Software" or "App"). This EULA forms a legal contract between you ("User," "you," "your") and DINARIO TECHNOLOGIES INC ("Dinario," "we," "us," "our"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, fully understood, and agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the App.

2. How Payment Features Work
Dinario Technologies Inc is a financial technology company, not a bank. Dinario does not provide banking services directly or hold customer deposits. Payment, balance, currency exchange, withdrawal, payout, account details, and related services, where available, may be provided by third-party partners and are subject to eligibility, identity checks, partner approval, partner terms, limits, fees, and local law.
Supported receiving and withdrawal features are processed through account details provided by third-party partners where available.
Identity verification may be processed by third-party identity verification partners. Dinario uses safeguards designed to protect verification data and processes it according to our Privacy Policy and partner requirements.
Sensitive actions require user authorization in the app.
Supported conversions are quoted before confirmation. Availability, rates, and fees may vary.
3. Grant of License
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, Dinario grants you a revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive, personal license to download, install, and use the App on authorized devices for lawful purposes in accordance with its intended functionalities and these terms.
This license does not extend to any third-party payment provider, identity verification provider, network, infrastructure provider, or account-provider system that is not controlled by Dinario.
All intellectual property rights in the App and any proprietary components remain owned by Dinario or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, adapt, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of any part of the App except as expressly permitted by law.
4. Open Source and Third-Party Components
The App may include or interface with open source software or third-party libraries subject to their own licenses. These licenses may provide you with additional or different rights and responsibilities. Dinario complies with attribution requirements and, upon request, will provide a list of open source licenses in use.
Use of third-party APIs, account providers, infrastructure providers, and payment partners is governed by their respective license agreements or terms of service.
5. Restrictions
- Do not use the App for unlawful activities, including money laundering, terrorist financing, regulatory or sanctions evasion, or market manipulation.
- Do not violate applicable export, financial, or data privacy laws.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, circumvent, or interfere with the security or operation of the App or underlying partner networks.
- Do not use automated means to access or interact with the App unless authorized by Dinario in writing.
- Do not impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with Dinario.
6. Account Security and User Responsibility
You are responsible for protecting your device, credentials, and authentication methods. Dinario may not be able to recover lost credentials, lost devices, unsupported transactions, or transactions sent to incorrect destinations. Some transactions are final or difficult to reverse. Verify all transaction details before confirming.
7. KYC, Compliance, and Data Protection
Supported receiving, withdrawal, and related account features may require identity verification to comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), sanctions, and fraud-prevention requirements.
KYC verification may be processed through identity verification partners. Dinario uses safeguards designed to protect verification data and processes it according to our Privacy Policy and partner requirements.
Payment partners process supported transactions through partner-provided account details and do not control your Dinario app credentials.
We collect information needed to operate Dinario, support compliance, prevent fraud, and provide requested services. We do not create advertising profiles or sell your data.
By using supported receiving and withdrawal features, you consent to collection and processing of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Dinario does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, free of harmful components, available for every user, country, currency, payout method, or local withdrawal path, or that the results of using the App will meet your requirements.
Supported payment and withdrawal features may require identity verification, transaction review, partner reporting, lawful disclosure, and other compliance checks.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dinario shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
In no event shall Dinario's total liability exceed the amount you paid, if any, for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dinario and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of this EULA.
